This 6-week group coaching is where you will start your journey on the right path (for you and only you) with customized macros, mindset work, access to a coach, and being surrounded with a group of individuals all working toward the same goal.

Our Facebook group where the coaching is taking place. A place for support, encouragement, questions, and answers from one another and from me, your coach. Brianna pops on live regularly with lessons, tips & tricks, and answering client questions.

There are no one-size-fits-all calculators here. Brianna uses pen and paper, an old school calculator, and your answers to her in-depth questionnaire to calculate the best macros for YOU and no one but you.

This group coaching is one of a kind because

It addresses diet mindset

Without the proper mindset, there is no way you will achieve what you set out to do. Yes, when it comes to health and weight loss, nailing your nutrition is the most effective way to find success, but if you have old diet mindsets making you feel restricted, guilty about having a snack or treat, or completely obsessed with the scale, I promise it isn't going to end well. 

In "Mindset & Macros," we talk about the diet mindsets that are hurting our progress and start the long process of shifting those mindsets to ones that will actually help us rather than sabotage us. This mindset work does take longer than 6 weeks, but "Mindset & Macros" can get you headed in the right direction.

Let's be honest, wellness coaching isn't new. I'm not the first one to address mindset or have my clients track macros, and I won't be the last either, but I am the only coach that will have my perspective.

I have been through it all when it comes to dieting and weight loss. I am still going through it. My experience is my own and one that no one can duplicate exactly. Bringing the lessons I've learned the hard way through my own personal journey is what makes my coaching different from the rest. There's only one me, and lucky for you, you get her as your coach.

Is this like 1:1 coaching?

No. 1:1 coaching is my top tier offering. There are no 1:1 check ins, and no access to me outside of the "Mindset & Macros" Facebook group. Your day to day tracking and progress is mostly self-led.

Frequently Asked Questions

When are the weekly Zoom calls?

The times of the Zoom calls will be determined by the paying members of the group so we can find a time that works best for the majority of members.

Do I need Facebook to participate?

Currently, yes, you do need Facebook to participate. Due to the nature of the group coaching, it's easiest to put together private groups on the Facebook platform.

I've never tracked macros before. Is that okay?

Absolutely! One of the goals of this program is to get you started on your journey of macro tracking and flexible dieting, so this is the place for you. 

Do I have to have a goal of weight loss to participate?

No! Whatever your goal (reverse diet, maintenance, weight loss, or even bulking) I will customize your macros specifically for your goal.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

Once our time is over the goal is for you to have enough knowledge of macro tracking to keep going on your own through the holiday season, however, if you are interested in upgrading to 1:1 coaching, I will have a special offer for those who choose to join 1:1 over the holidays

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Every body is different, so I can't promise you a certain number of pounds during our time together. What I can promise is a mindset shift away from the scale so weight isn't your only measure of success.

How much does it cost?
