Currently… October 2014

Watching– Parenthood and Biggest Loser.  I discovered Parenthood last month and plowed through it on Netflix.  Now I’m on the current season and eagerly anticipate Fridays so I can watch it on Hulu.  As for Biggest Loser, while the weigh ins drive me crazy (disappointment over a 4+ lb loss?? wtf…) and the lack of Jillian Michaels saddens me greatly, but at the end of the day, the show keeps me inspired and motivated.  Perfect for watching at the gym.

Eating– Pumpkin Spice Oreos.  They’re awesome.

Drinking– Tazo Pumpkin Spice Chai lattes made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk.  Hot, slightly spicy, and basically fall in a mug, without the Points Plus value of the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte.  Only 3 Points!

Celebrating– That Erik and I have been married for 9 months as of today!

Loving– My beautiful Personal Malden Filofax and the potential that it has to be my next great organizer.  I ordered my 2015 inserts, amazing rainbow pens (erasable!) and a few things to help get me started.  Any suggestions on how to organize it?  Comment below!

Planning– More blog posts around pumpkin, fall, and some new products I’ve gotten my hands on.

Excited About– My trip to Disney in a week and a half.  I haven’t been to Disney in years, and now that we have a good friend who has been working there for awhile, it’s time we pay her a visit. You better believe there will also be a detour to Harry Potter world 🙂

Wanting– Two major items that I have my eye on.  First, these awesomely cozy (and purple!) slippers from Ugg.  The solid bottom makes them safe and easy for silly feet like mine to walk in and the middle is tight enough where they stay on (I might have tried them on at Nordstrom).  My feet are always cold (part of the CMT) so I’ve decided that a high quality pair of slippers, like my other shoes, are probably a great idea.  The other thing is something I saw in the window display this week and it was love at first sight.  The Rhyder 24 Satchel from Coach’s new line.  It’s small enough where it’s comfortable, but still large enough to fit everything I’d need, including my Filofax!  The colors are amazing and it comes in purple 🙂  Good thing I have a birthday coming 😉

Wishing– That this tedious and stressful recruitment process that my husband is going through ends soon, preferably with a stellar job offer that will make him happy and allow us to start planning  the next steps in our journey.
