Grace and Lace Two Fit Knit Cardigan– I heard of this company awhile back, and since they appeared on Shark Tank they’ve gotten even more popular. I finally decided to take a look at their stuff and I was instantly hooked. I ordered this cardigan and once I put it on, I was in love. What is great about this open knit sweater (other than the fact it is quite warm) is you can wear it two ways: as full cover sweater or as a cardigan. This makes it a versatile addition to my fall and winter collection.
Tieks in Patent Nude: Odds are if you’ve stumbled across my blog you have found my post raving about why Tieks are worth their price tag. I recently obtained my second pair in nude patent, and they’re fabulous. The shiny patent leather makes them look so sleek, and the nude shade matches almost anything. Versatile, comfortable, fashionable shoes are definitely a huge win.
Make Up Forever Artist Palette: This palette has 9 neutral shades that I have been mixing and matching all month long. I love the shimmer in the shadows, as I feel like they instantly brighten my eyes, and the blend ability is on pointe. Whether you want a simple wash of brightening color, or an intense smokey eye, this palette has got you covered.
Cover Girl “The Super Sizer” Mascara: There is just something about this mascara that works well with my eyes. I haven’t decided if it ranks higher than my CG clump crusher, but the fact I’ve been liking it definitely says something. I use the waterproof formula, as I need the staying power. I find this mascara adds enough volume and length to satisfy my want for naturally emphasized eyes. I curl the wand through my lashes (similar to the technique used for Benefit’s Roller Lash) and it holds well. All in all, a perfectly great drugstore mascara.
Elf Contour Palette: Those of you not wanting to spend an arm and a leg on a contour palette, look to further. This beauty comes with 4 shades (bronzer (I assume), contour, yellow highlight, and shimmer highlight) that work great and will only set you back $6. That’s right, SIX whole dollars. My most used shade in this palette is definitely the contour. I find it is quite pigmented and blends very well. I use it to add a quick bit of contour to my face every day. The shade and quality is comparable to the beloved Smashbox contour kit, which clocks in at $45. Treat yourself to a nice lunch with all that money you just saved 🙂
Bite Beauty Luminous Creme Lipstick in Musk: My first Bite Beauty purchase and I’m in love. Musk is a brown pink (which is actually a hot lip shade right now) that is slightly more intense than a “my lips, but better” shade for me. Still, it’s great for everyday wear, especially since it’s fall. Even better than the color is the formulation. This lipstick is gloriously hydrating, which actually has me reaching for it instead of my chapstick on days where this is my lip color of choice.
Fiber One Pumpkin Bars: These little guys are a delicious, Weight Watchers friendly piece of pumpkin flavored Heaven. I’ve always been a fan of the Fiber One brownie bars (my faves are coffee cake and lemon bar), but this just took it to a whole new level. These bars are the perfect balance of pumpkin, spices, and a bit of white chocolate to add a sweet, creamy richness. For only 2 Points Plus, I can have one (or 2) daily without feeling any guilt at all.
Teami Blends Relax Tea: As you all know, I’ve been loving Teami for awhile now. I’ve reviewed their 30 Day Detox, but I wanted to expand my collection. Since this is their tea for night time relaxation, and I have problems sleeping, I knew I had to give it a try. It tastes amazing! With lavender flower, chamomile, lemon grass, orange peel, and valerian root as the only ingredients, the only smell I can compare this to is that of a high end spa. You know, where the most relaxing aroma ever just seems to fill the air, making whatever treatment you’re having feel that much more luxe. It tastes just as lovely. I really enjoy making myself a cup of this to end my day.
