Etsy Sticker Haul (and Giveaway) | Midwest Planner Addicts Meetup Goodie Bag

On October 24, I got the amazing chance to meet up with a ton of like minded planner addicts like me.  There is a Facebook group specifically for planner addicts living in the Midwest, and thanks to a few of the girls’ hard work, we all managed to pull off a great meetup in Oak Brook, IL.

When the planning first started they announced there would be goodie bags that went out to the first 50 people that paid $20 for them.  I jumped on that, and it turns out that it was beyond anything $20 would buy me on Etsy.  The coolest part about this goodie bag is that is entirely sponsored by owners of Etsy shops and small planning related businesses, which is exactly the kind of stuff we planner addicts go crazy over.

Between the goodie bag, the swap (optional participation to bring $30 worth of planner goodies all wrapped up and you leave with a different swap bag), and some of the random goodies people passed out, I left with a completely new supply of goodies.  Because there were some doubles in my goodie bag, and my collection is getting outrageous, I decided to do a little giveaway for you guys. There are sticker duplicates, pads of paper, stamps, pencils, and more. See the video below for full details.

The rules are standard:

  • Have parental permission if you’re under 18, as I will require your mailing address
  • Giveaway is open internationally.
  • The giveaway will run from Thursday October 26, 2015 to Thursday, November 6, 2015 at 11:59pm.
  • Enter using the Rafflecopter widget below.

I just wanted to share a little bit of the wealth with someone who might need some planner goodies more than I do.

At Home With Madame Chic | Brianna’s Bookshelf

Some time ago you might recall my excitement when I shared a book review with you: Lessons from Madame Chic by Jennifer L. Scott.  Well, today I am back again with the same amount of excitement to tell you about Jennifer’s second book: At Home With Madame Chic: Becoming a Connoisseur of Daily Life.  This book takes many of the lessons we learned in the first book and applies them directly to use in the home.  As a woman working on coming into her role as blogger and housewife, the concept of this book excited me greatly, as I want to have a home that is put together, welcoming, and, of course, chic.

The book is divided into only 6 chapters, but each chapter is well headlined and sectioned off to dive in to plenty of helpful information. Read more

Tallulah Grace- Spotlight on Etsy

If I had one word to describe Tallulah Grace Crafts on Etsy, it would be “charming.” Everything in this planner sticker shop just makes me feel quint and homey.  The feel of each and every set of stickers is full of love and a sort of cottage vibe.

Enough about how cute I think all of the Tallulah Grace stickers are (although in a shop review, that should play a huge part in everything), and lets talk shop offerings. Read more

Spotlight on Etsy- The Pretty Planner

Pretty Planner Title

It’s time to talk about how to make your planner pretty with the help of the Etsy shop The Pretty Planner.

I ended up drawn to The Pretty Planner for a few reasons:

  1. I was looking for stickers that might help me track my daily social media posts, and she had some stickers that looked like they had potential.
  2. The bright, but not too bright colors I saw on many stickers in the shop.
  3. All of her character stickers.

I found The Pretty Planner after searching specifically for social media stickers that could help me run Diva and the Divine’s accounts a bit better.  Not only did I find cute social media dot stickers (perfectly sized for talking up a small amount of space or creating a chart), but I found an entire rainbow dots themed section in her shop. Gym, errands, laundry, sales, everyday, and social media dots are a few options, but in total there is a page and a half of these cute, colorful, functional little dots to browse.

Spotlight On Etsy- This Very Crafty Mama

Today we are going to be looking at a shop that is run by Jessica, who is a very crafty mama.  In fact, she’s so crafty that she named her shop “This Very Crafty Mama.”

Jessica’s shop is full of stickers.  I got in contact with her about a month and a half ago, and her shops contents has grown quite a bit since I was browsing to decide what I wanted to try.  I initially stumbled across her shop because I happened to see Keurig coffee maker stickers, which I thought would be the perfect addition to my collection.  I now mark in my calendar when I should clean or change the filter in my beloved coffee maker. If you’re a planner girl like I am, I’m sure you have heard of the Day Designer planner.  If you know of the Day Designer, you also know it comes with a price tag of nearly $60.  If that’s a little steep for you, today is your lucky day.  What if I told you that a Day Designer was most definitely within your budget and could be found in your Target?  Too good to be true?
